Shipping policy

 

4.1 Graphicshop.mu offers a free delivery service for orders above Rs 2000. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website. You have the ability to change this address on the  My Account page. Kindly ensure that your delivery address is up to date.

4.2. We endeavour to make deliveries for orders above Rs 2000 within 24 hours of receiving your order, but deliveries may take up to 72 hours.

4.3. Orders to the value below Rs 2000 may be collected at our facility in Pailles, or delivery can be made free of charge when our delivery vehicle is in your area. Unfortunately, we will not be able to commit to a delivery date, but our customer service department can be contacted for updates. Alternatively, should you require the products urgently, and you are not able to collect, a delivery fee of Rs 500 will apply. Kindly contact the customer service department for arrangements.

4.4 We take special care to make deliveries within short delivery slots and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that a designated person signs for the goods on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods will be retained by us. We will leave notification of delivery and will call to attempt to rearrange the delivery. In the case of re-delivery, delivery may be delayed, or an additional delivery fee may apply.

4.5 Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or postponed delivery. If that is the case, we will attempt to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date.

4.6 Graphicshop.mu will under no circumstances leave goods unattended at your doorstep, as you or a person authorised by you must be present to verify receipt of your order. No exception requests will be entertained.

4.7  Graphicshop.mu  kindly reminds you that delivery of goods will be made to the front door or receiving door of your premises. Since we would like to ensure prompt delivery of goods to all customers, final placement of goods within your premises does not fall within the scope of our delivery service. Therefore, please ensure that you have made arrangements with your in-house staff for this purpose. Graphicshop.mu (Chemtech) will not be held liable for any damage caused to the goods after they have been delivered to the front door.
