Where does deliver?

We deliver everywhere in Mauritius. You can choose the delivery address during the online checkout process. Please note that our delivery services only applies to the Republic of Mauritius.

How quickly does deliver?

Depending on the shipping method you have chosen, we are happy to:

• Deliver your order to your door in a 72 hours time-frame

• Prepare your order for a local pick-up in a 4 hours time-frame 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is charged a total amount of Rs 500

How can I pay for the order?

We offer payments by credit/debit card and online through the JuiceByMCB application prior to delivery.

How to amend my order?

If you want to amend your order, please understand that this will cancel your order,  you will loose your delivery slot, and be shown your shopping cart with all of the items previously ordered. Make all necessary changes, re-select a delivery slot and complete your new order. Alternatively contact us on or +230 286 1102 specifying the changes you wish us to make for you.

How to change delivery address?

    After your order has been placed, you can still change your delivery address providing that you provide us with notice – we will appreciate at least 3 hours prior. You can change your delivery address by sending us an email on, stating your order number and the new delivery address. You may also change delivery address by going to My Account page, identifying the order and clicking on "Edit".


    How can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order by simply going to My Account page, clicking on the order number that you wish to cancel and clicking on "Cancel". You will receive an email confirmation once the order is successfully cancelled. Note that only orders not yet fulfilled can be cancelled. If you have already paid for your order, you may also cancel by sending us an email on, stating order number and reason for cancellation.
    Please note that orders cancelled on the day of delivery will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value.

    How to change password?

    Go to My Account, log in, click on "Edit Your Account", and click on "Reset Password". We will email you with instructions in order to complete password change.

    How to change my account details?

    Your account details – name, address, phone number – can be changed at My Account pagePlease note that delivery address for already placed orders can only be changed by emailing us on, or by calling on +230 286 1102, 03, 04. Kindly provide us with your order number when contacting us.
